They all looked good and very funny video. I followed a similar recipe for a puff pastry plait but it was more of a taco style with sauteed onion garlic I added celery. It called for cooking the ground beef with taco seasoning and a bit of worchestershire sauce I added a tbsp of tomato paste and A bloop of white wine you cook it down till any liquid is gone cool it down while you flatten the off pastry and cut the plants then add the taco meat shredded cheddar chopped tomatoes a few spoons of your favorite salsa then braid and bake it was so yummy. Which ever filling you use even pulled pork or chicken or even a Shephard's pie version would taste good. Either way yummy time to defrost some meat 😋
Filming the cooks making their recipes actually compliments the podcast nicely! It would have been so much fun to see videos of last years recipe club where everyone had to make 3 different recipes each week.
John wins it for me 😂 adding that much extra of an ingredient and still having it turn out edible is an amazing thing. I was laughing so hard at work during the podcast 🤣

I suppose the white stuff is just meat protein leaking from the sausage meat? Somehow this sentence sounds wrong, although I think I´m right….

Killing it in the video format too, can’t wait to keep following along this season!
Disappointed you didn't show the uncomfortably red one with tons of tomato purée you mentioned on the Podcast.
Video is great guys! Keep it up!
Chris is over here making the world’s first Seattle sausage plait 😂 Genius.
I had to see the video because I was laughing ‘til I cried at podcast – the Bleeding Heart sausage roll broke me.
Chris won obvi
Oh yes. Savory meat pastry is so underrated. British food gets a bad rap, but damn this recipe sounds legit
