Tried to watch live, but our internet is horrible. So disappointing. Lots of great info. Thanks LeAnne.
so how do i find a good chilly to can my chilly is thin
Thank you!! I am a new canner, only canned a handful of things last year BUT I love YouTube because I can watch and see rather than read BUT I have noticed there are many teaching things that could be very dangerous.
A very enjoyable series, def made me think. Its nice to have the ability to can and preserve items you like or prefer. Most of us grew up around parents and grandparents who had to preserve anything they could get their hands on, or received/grew in abundance. Comfort was a secondary factor. I've always canned with flavour in mind, but mostly to preserve calories.
I usually add tomato paste to my canned tomato sauce when I cook it and then it is thick
Hi East Coast Friend! This is so neat! I need to learn to can everything like this from my desert winter garden. New subscriber check out my chanel here in the desert when you can. Love ya girl! 💖🌵
My husband bought me a water bath canner that does 30 pints or 15 quarts, what a time saver! Made by the Amish, very well made
Thanks so much for this video Leeann everyone really needs to watch this
Love love love
Safety first is so important.
LeAnne, I am with you on the electric Presto canner. I don’t know how it could keep the appropriate pressure consistently for the required amount of time.
Great video! I love Mouse ❤️❤️❤️ I watched her video for beginners, made the to do list like she said and I keep it in my canning tool box and pull it out to keep track 👍🏻
New canner and I LOVED this collab! Thank you! I also love your videos
I love Mouse Toes; she is my canning buddy. I recently got an instant pot Max and can't wait to Cann in it, that is why I got it. So far, I have made some great things like bake potatoes, pork loin and want to use it for more. I just saw a sale on beef, and I am not sure which cut would be best for canning. I Like the idea of doing a small batch in the instant pot max to try different cuts of meats to see what taste best and we like.
Wash citrus too
Oh thank you Leanne I felt like such a fuss budget
Thanks so much LeAnn. My family and I have loved every single one if your recipes I have tried.
Who did you mentioned that was a historian on canning
The last 3years Ive been canning and I have been noticing the difference in how to can thanks
Thank you both for your time.
LeAnne!! I am enjoying your lives. You are doing great!
Great live! I have so many new channels to visit and learn from! Leeann you are doing an amazing job you are so wise! Linda/Mouse Toes you provide a great deal of common sense, which is something that is lacking now days. Also, at age 65 you are not old, you are well seasoned! Great job ladies!👍🏻👍🏻
