    Everything you ate looks so good Daniela! I love those egg wraps! I also love the crepini! I use them as the noodles in my lasagna now and they work great! I agree about the Turkey bacon, but to me all Turkey bacon is just so so but I’m down on my fats now too! I will be looking the chorizo Turkey! Thanks for sharing!❤️

    LOL Daniela, I feel much better now. I thought I was the only freak that prefers room temperature drinking water. I’ve always been like that. But everybody I know likes ice cold water. 🤷🏻‍♀️

    I really like the flavored Jenny o turkey’s also like the egg wraps. I have used the Italian ones and made lasagna. My favorite low carb tortillas are A La Madre, you can have two for 60 calories and only 7 total carbs.

    I’ll have to try ground chicken/ turkey with chorizo and taco flavoring. That will definitely cut calories. Beef is yummy, but high in calories and more fat than I need. I’ve been tracking my macros and wow did that open my eyes to calories and carbs. It’s so helpful and really working for me. Thanks for sharing your recipes. I’m looking forward to getting my PK Mallow bars.

    Love your night time routine involving cleaning. Such a great idea I’m gonna use. And I love what you eat in a day, I’m the same way. Eating intuitively (more now cause 🤰🏻) but I eat the same basic stuff majority of the time. No need to complicate it all. Love ya girlie ❤️

    If I’ve learned anything from your videos is to keep Keto simple. Most of the other Keto Influencers make these complicated 20 ingredient recipes and at first I was making them because I didn’t know any better but I started getting really tired of all the planning and prepping. Since I’ve been subscribed to your channel that’s changed. My meals are a lot simpler now mostly meat & veggie and I have so much more time left in my day to spend with my family.     Last Saturday my husband and I went to the farmers market in Syracuse and as I saw the sign to turn I had an overwhelming sense of loss for my brother because we would meet there once a month to get our produce, have breakfast and just enjoy each other's company. You never know what will spark that sense of grief or when it will hit, we just have to ride the wave and remember.

    I am making chicken laab cabbage rolls for dinner using Perdue ground chicken breast (at Aldi for 3.09#) you combine it raw with sauteed garlic, ginger, chopped cabbage that has cooled, season with sambal olek, lime juice, soy sauc, fish sauce, brown sugar substitute, chopped fresh basil and mint. You roll it in a leaf of Savoy cabbage and bake in a 9X13. It sounded so good to me and I thought you would like it because it's high protein and low in fat.

    Just fyi cold brew has more carbs. I recently learned bc the water sits brewing in the coffee beans for 24 hour’s, whereas regular brewed passes through the beans quickly and thats what they make iced coffee from.

    When I was growing up, my Mom used a lot of coupons & bought everything else on sale. In the 80s, I seriously had about every kind of cereal that was new because of the basically free coupons! Or it was a free gallon of milk if you bought the new cereal, etc. If it came in a package, can or box & was easy to make then we ate it! My Mom hated cooking!!
