    I use my pressure cooker to do my greens, about 45 to 50 minutes,all in and done ..put the smoke turkey necks,or wings in after a good searing of the meat..your choice of meats..I layer the meats between the greens and add chicken stock with hot sauce and a bit of garlic pepper and and let the cooker do UT work…👌🏾👍🏾 vinegar and salt and pepper

    I missed the live, but I watched the replay. I enjoyed the show. The greens looked delicious. I love Kale greens, so I rarely cook collards anymore, but now I'm ready for some collards, leveled up 😋!

    My first experience cooking greens was the last; they were like construction paper!
    But I do eat them cooked by others and hope they are good!
