    Hey, Jenn. I just wanted to say I love you and I send you a contact message on your nutrition website. I hopefully I get hear back from your soon. I’m still struggling with yo yo dieting and all or nothing attitude but I don’t like way my mindset is thinking because it’s cloudy up my judgment when it comes to my body and weight loss. It’s so hard to be consistent honestly. I am trying to work more on myself. I want to lose 35 pounds, I’m in 200’s now with my weight. I dislike it a whole lot. I feel like a failure and I need some encouragement and I am thinking about rejoining w.w aka weight watchers again. I brought a bible today to help me pray more when I’m feeling sad or down with my mental and physical health issues. I’m not trying to compare myself like the others. I rather study sticking with progress not perfection. Tomorrow I’m going to color code my own exercise routine tonight before tomorrow morning I work out. I want to walk again like four times a week and I have three rest days. I think this a major wake up call for me instead of sleeping all day in bed, I want get refocused and calm by staying committed. Thank you so much Jenn. I just adore your energy so keep up the great work. You’re an awesome and inspiration ❤

    You look fantastic and it seems in the last few months you have leaned out more since you did the change with the trainer and now copilot. Can you share how much more weight you have lost since you started? Also, I signed up for copilot trial but can’t meet with trainer until Saturday and that is like a whole week lost. Should I try to match with a new trainer?
