My uncle did a similar mlm diet and would always binge eat after his weigh ins. He did lose a ton of weight but never learned how to properly eat so he just gained all the weight back. His "food" smelled and looked disgusting and they had him eating less than 1200 calories a day as a 6'7" man. I thought it was so ridiculous but i kept my mouth shut. He paid out a huge amount of money to be starved!
