Damn that Turkey looks insane
i have been watching for the last yr and half and never commented so… 1 I've leanrned alot… 2 I now stage all ingredients pre cooking.. 3 I experiment alot and use my wife and son-n-nlaw as lab rats lol and 90% of the time they like it … 4 I have a construction background and lately i have been think of changing to cooking (I already do alot of grilling and smoking) …5 i loved this episode and would like to see more …and finally i will say out of all the cooking shows I've see since 1968 when i was a kid you my friend win hands down and I will continue to promote you and your channel and jack does a hellofa job keep it up Jack

As I watch this, a Chef JP marinara with ground beef and spicy Italian sausage is on my stove. I cooked it up to take to my Aunt and cousins. My uncle passed away on Sunday, so I am bringing them some dinner in about an hour. I have seen all of these videos (the gravy one more than once) before, but it’s fun to just watch them for the entertainment and comfort. I made the same spaghetti sauce a couple nights ago, and I got so many compliments on it. I should have made a larger batch! Chef JP has made me such a better cook. I am now referred to as “Chef Dana” quite frequently now.
Watched the whole thing from beginning to end, even though I am not American and don't even celebrate Thanksgiving lol. But I am a simple man and when I see chef Jean Pierre, I click. Those 3+ hours simply flew by. I was as usual both entertained and informed, and learned a host of tips and suggestions that I will be implementing in my own kitchen. This format was such a fantastic idea, where we all get to sit with chef and enjoy watching together, with him providing commentary and observations. Hopefully he can see now why we love him and this channel so much. Please do more videos like this in the future – one for Christmas would be an awesome gift for us subscribers!
