    I am of Caribbean origins and all I’m going to say is that when you make plantain the plantain has to be very yellow and a tiny bit bruised but not a lot unless you want the savoury flavour

    Two advices for everybody who wants to try the spanish one:

    1. If possible, buy jamón ibérico instead of serrano. Way more expensive but algo way better. Take it out the fridge like 30 minutes before eating it.

    2. Put the tomato over the bread right before eating it. Orherwise bread will get wet.

    Bonus one: you can rub a garlic glove on the bread and it also gives it great flavour

    Thanks from Spain 🇪🇸😁👍 but this is from Catalonia el pá amb tomaquet is from here i think that in the rest of spain is more popular the curros with chocolate or cofe.
