Sometimes I feel like I am going to be kicked out of the vegan club because I cannot stand sweet potatoes. I love white and Japanese potatoes but sweet potatoes are too rich or just try too hard…. I dunno.

Hi Rebecca! I highly recommend trying these two items the next time you grocery shop: Chef Woo Roasted Chicken Ramen; Campbell's plant-based chick'n with rice. Add a few extra veggies, a protein (I do tofu or vegan grilled chicken) and spices and they make a great, quick meal!

The best canned dolmas I’ve ever had were from Divina! I work at a co-op grocery store, and they’re one of the most popular items from my department. Definitely gotta squeeze some lemon on them, lol.

As someone who absolutely loves sweet potato, I genuinely found your review of the Trader Joe's vegan enchilada casserole so helpful!! I will definitely be purchasing it on my next trip 💕

Is wholefoods or trader joes better for vegan goods? I really want to see if Love Raw Nutty Chocolate Balls are good, basically vegan ferrero roche! (do you get that in the US?)

I have to say I also think your hair is beautiful and I love these videos 🙂
Do you have any recommendations for bitter chocolate?
I find a lot of vegan chocolate way to creamy and sweet (example thought lindt was disgusting😆). I know it may not be to your taste but have you ever tried one that seemed very bitter to you?

P.S, I hope your piercing is healing!

I 100% agree that violife feta does not taste like or have the texture of feta – still waiting for some European brands to come up with a delicious alternative 😀

I love your energy so so much – honestly, your content makes my day. And eating my birthday brekkie watching your video is just fantastic 😀
Also, the "dobra kaloria a la tarta malinowa" is in Polish and means "good calorie, raspberry tart style" where "dobra kaloria" is the brand name – they have quite a few awesome products (bars, granola, whole food plant based burgers which really taste awesome and have great texture etc) but as someone pointed out already, not cheap as for Polish standards 😀

Anyways, I am glad you enjoyed so many of these products and hope next time you don't get to try any nasty stuffed grape leaves!
Have a great rest of the week Rebecca, you're awesome!

So many fun things this month. The Trader Joe’s vegan feta works like a dream in that recipe went viral on TikTok a couple of years ago. The baked feta and tomato pasta. The Trader Joe’s tiny milk chocolate bars are perfect for s’mores. I bought the white beans and tomato sauce but I have not tried them yet. Maybe I will do that this weekend. 💗

It's too bad that you have started to make all the mouth noises. The info is good, but the asmr is absolutely not necessary. I have enjoyed your videos in the past as they were informative but can I can no longer recommend your videos to new vegans. Bummer

I love Mighty Mike's kimchi ramen. So good, just the right spice. I add protein and veggies. I just never expect the teeny bits of dried things to make a meal. I'm with you on the feta, LOVE IT!

I also feel the same as you about cooked orange vegetables. Why are sweet potatoes so… offensively sweet and orange 🤣 and carrots? And pumpkin? Like… they have their places but they are very niche to me. They need to be cooked properly and flavoured super well and just… yeah. I agree. You aren't whiney just objective.

Oh no… the famed dolma taste test 😂 your mum laughing and saying how can you compare?! The ones I like here are quite soft. They actually looked alot like the second ones you tried. Is that not right? I feel ignorant, I apologise.

the dobra kaloria mini batoniki raspberry bars are Polish haha also yes your guess was basically right – “dobra kaloria” basically means “good calorie”

I never thought about canned dolmas either, but I tried some from Grocery Outlet on a whim and they were delicious! For months they carried that same brand and I got them all the time. So then I thought canned dolmas must just be great, so I tried others, including the trader joes' ones and was kind of disappointed. Surprisingly, I haven't found any as good as the Grocery Outlet ones, they taste really fresh and lemony, even the pre-made ones that you find in the prepackaged food section of health food stores are usually just ok

Personally I can’t do any of the vegan cheeses that have a potato starch base or any kind of starch base bc for me I mean if I’m gonna do a vegan cheese I want it to have like a protein base (also the starch based vegan cheeses make me feel bloated and gross) so I have narrowed it down to Treeline and kite hill because they are cashew & almond based. The cracked black pepper is amazing and the kite Hill ricotta is the BEST and a decent serving size too (& twice the size of the kite Hill hockey puck) both about $10 but I stretch it out into a couple of meals because I blend in kite Hill or Silk almond yogurts (to make it into like a creamy sauce) and drizzle in tahini & crack black pepper (si it can be a dip or a dressing). I will tolerate the Miyokosconce in a while bc it is cashew based but it also has some coconut in it and some mushroom as the base ( unf my G.I. system doesn’t love coconut so I try to limit coconut) but I will say after trying all of the vegan cheese options that I have available to me upstate the tree line cracked black pepper and the kite Hill ricotta are not only good but they are so good that I don’t miss actual cheese anymore. I also just decided that I’m going to make a brine and put the kite Hill ricotta in the brine so not just the texture but the flavor will end up being so much like a feta flavor I can’t wait to try it I hope it’s not a fail
