As she claims, it is really unauthentic. The way she has cooked the sauce is only going to make the dish smell of raw flavors. Indian cooking is very easy but they are just a few rules to be followed. She clearly missed those.

In my experience, I would've used the fresh tomatoes instead of canned ones, it makes a difference believe me. And the good boiled water which you threw away in the drain had the main nutrients, I always use that as the gravy instead of using fresh water, plus it has a flavor of Rajma. Another thing thing is use asaphoetida powder while boiling the beans, it prevents the beans to give you gas. Ting! Ting ..Ti-Ding!

Can I saute everything, add kidney beans, and then pressure cook? I feel like that may help the flavor spread into the kidney beans better. Or would that also lead to burning?

Hi Poonam and gang! First off let me start by saying that I love what you are doing and really do get excited to watch your videos! I do find that I get a little bored while watching due to them being a little long winded and the repetitive nature of the instructions, comments and/or stories. Sorry if this sounds hyper critical but I just wanted to provide a little bit of feedback.
