    I love your videos for a couple reasons. First they’re very easy to follow and your explanation of what to do is great. Secondly use the nutritional value that will help us all stay healthy.     Quinoa has to be soaked for few minutes and washed n cooked is healthy version bcz it is coated with some bacteria that’s not good for stomach when cooked without soaked n washed .
