What kind of chickpeas are these, just the canned ones that you throw in the air fryer? Or what do you find best and how long and what temperature do you do them in the air fryer?
Quinoa has to be soaked for few minutes and washed n cooked is healthy version bcz it is coated with some bacteria that’s not good for stomach when cooked without soaked n washed .
