Thank you so much for this recipe. I have made it today and it is delicious. So far none of your recipes have let me down. I still use the spice mixes you have given about a year ago. Greetings from The Netherlands

You don’t need to drain the liquid from the beans. It does contain starch from the beans and salt. Cut back on your cooking liquid and salt. I researched it. Some suggest that it gets rids of the metallic taste of the can. I’ve never had this problem. However, I have had problems with one brand that tastes gritty, a name brand at that. Bought the case online from amazon. I do need to rinse those. Have never had a problem with any other brand. Hope this answers your questions.

Amazing stuff! All your videos are so well done and very useful and helpful. I was wondering if you could answer a question for me. Have you ever used any of these custom meal plan tools? I got one from Next Level Diet to help me add some muscle and I actually like their plans. Was just wondering if you've heard of or tried any of them yourself. Thank you!

Made this for dinner tonight. My husband only added rice and chopped onions. I went all the way with rice, onions, sour cream, spritz of lime juice and avocados. It was delicious. Definitely a make again!
