While the peels are nutritious, no doubt, and this looks like a great, healthy recipe, citrus peels don't contain quinine.
I have been taking chelated zinc 15 MG. and Schweppe's tonic water that has quinine in it when I feel like I'm sick. It goes away every time. I have not been ill since Dec. 2019. That is good for me cause I was getting chronic bronchitis before then. I have made the homemade stuff like you have here too. You can get Ivermection at Tractor Supply.
