Thank you for your amazing videos <33 I looove to snack roasted chickpeas: Mix chickpeas with spices (salt, garlic powder, paprika, chili, curry…), a liquid sweetener of choice (maple syrup is the best) and some oil and put it in the oven. Roast for about 25-40 minutes (I never time it sorry haha) and mix them up in between so every side ends up crispy.
You can even make this in a pan if you don't have an oven – or an air fryer if you're fancy 😀
Great to snack just like that or as a salad topping, wrap filling…

I’m so excited to try the rice paper bites! I’ve been trying to figure out ways to use them up besides making summer rolls, as well as finding more ways to use up my tahini- can’t wait to try this!!

Another really easy and tasty brussel sprouts recipe my mom cooks all the time are caramelised brussel sprouts. You just have to cut them in half like you did and then sear them with some chopped up dates until they are kind of crispy and turn brown.
I personally really love this recipe because it isn’t your typical, traditional brussel sprouts dish but puts a quick and fresh spin on it. 🙂

Hello!! Another snack recipe I rly love is taking some dried dates, cutting them opened, putting loads of peanut butter in it and cover them with dark chocolate. Super easy to make, super filling and super good.

I love a variation of the cucumber snack. It's with banana. Slice a banana in half, lengthwise. Spread peanut butter on the slices. Chop nuts and sprinkle over. Drizzle chocolate over. Love it so much!
