I know you work out and you´re a dude, but damn that is a lot of food (and chopping). I recently went from vegetarian to vegan and I struggle to get over 40 grams of protein and 1 500 kcal a day. I just feel so full after eating all that tofu, legumes and grains. I eat a lot of veggies too, but it´s hard to get used to such big portions. I think I will have to get some protein powder. I didn´t want to do that at first because it´s expensive, but I think it´s better than gettting malnourished. I struggled with an eating disorder, so it´s a bit difficult for me to incorporate foods I don´t know, but I will do my best. Thank for sharing your recipes!

Ever since I turned Vegan, I’ve had a problem with arousals. My rocket is always on “launch” mode. Women were giggling over it today at Whole Foods. Embarrassing!

Best to not have liquids with the foods. Drink water thirty minutes before and about an hour after we eat. The stomach can digest the foods better. For a variety of reasons.. For one the digestive enzymes will not be deluted down etc

You’d made some blended salid topping once that you said was kind of “cheesy.” Is that recipe somewhere? Also, I was wondering if you have a video on the kinds of things you use on an every day basis that are like essentials in the pantry but for those of us who are new to plant-based diet’s really wouldn’t know to look for. You named a lot of different sauces and spices that you used to get different flavors. Do you have some sort of all encompassing list of the must haves?
