I keep rewatching your video series while I cook, clean, or do some homework and my stomach yells at me every time I look at the actual video instead of just listening. Sometimes, a delightful sizzle has the same effect too ๐Ÿ˜€

I would sweat the onion, celery, then carrot first with some tomato paste before adding the broth. The acidity and sugar in the tomato paste helps caramelize the veggies, giving them a super earthy and hearty flavor which is washed off and mixed in when you add the broth. Also, I keep the Parmesan rind in, personally I love getting a little chunk of cheese to chew on.

You can also sprinkle some Parmesan or feta cheese when serving for some extra flavor, and of course drizzle a bit of olive oil on top when serving. The uncooked olive oil gives it that delicate nutty Italian flavor. Of course, if you are counting calories, then maybe not the best idea…

The soup looks good, but I canโ€™t take the music. I wish when people made their videos that they didnโ€™t feel the need to have over powering background music or any distracting music at all. Itโ€™s like videos are made for people that constantly have to be entertained.

It Seemed promising and my mom wasn't home for me to show the video… so i started cooking!. After i was done, and gave it to my sister, she seemed weirded out at first, but she ate it all… she even asked for seconds.., I was acually dying trying to feed her veggie's… so thanks ๐Ÿ˜…

I made this soup and wanted to wait until I reheated it the next day to make a fully informed comment. I really liked the soup, so did my wife and daughter. I was expecting it to be just a really basic and unsatisfying soup and was completely surprised. Sometimes broccoli does not reheat well and I wanted to make sure it was still good the next day. The cabbage is a little less crunchy but everything else is the same. I can now recommend it without reservation. While making this recipe I used a vegetable broth from a Bon Appetite recipe. Here is the link to the broth. https://youtu.be/QKgYRtHwJ28
