Hi Wil! Another simple yet delicious dish that I must try. The onion & garlic will make this dish crazy flavorful! Never too much garlic. My only question is why Turmeric and not curry powder?
Hope to see your version of Chinese Ginger fried rice oneday.

I'm making this now with yu choi because I have a lot and no broccolini. I think we probably have the same last name (my maiden name, that is). I grew up in Philadelphia's Chinatown. I'm not a vegan or vegetarian but am cooking more and more meatless dishes following your channel. Thank you! I am sure I'll make this again!

Made this recently and it was delicious. I’m a spice girl and the flavors were spot on by adding the red pepper flakes and turmeric. I added shrimp and it was a perfect meal. Love how all the veggies are finely cut and add color to the dish. Will definitely keep this in the rotation.

This looks lovely. Indeed a great recipe however a tiny suggestion – Add turmeric directly to the hot oil so it won't give the raw turmeric taste which often isn't that nice. Try that 😊
