I was shocked to hear about a Hungarian mushroom soup…bcs I am Hungarian, we do have mushroom soup, but 1. it does not look like this 2. it is not that popular to eat mushrooms in my country. I feel like in the West, people can sell any type of food when calling it Hungarian, French, Spanish or whatever HAHA

This is not a critique on you Miranda, I was just really confused by Hungarian mushroom soup. πŸ˜€

p.s.: I googled it and it seems like in the US people do make this type of soup and call it Hungarian. I am raging HAHA, where did they get this from? We NEVER use soy sauce in our soups and stuff like that. Some things in life are a mystery to me. πŸ˜€

Happy Birthday Miranda! ❀ I always enjoy your videos. I'm not vegan, but am just trying to eat healthier overall. I've been making Greek Couscous Salad for meal prep the past few weeks and it's really good 😊… you just make some couscous (I use the parmesan garlic kind), add in some chickpeas and a raw veggies mix with red/yellow peppers, red onion, tomatoes, and cucumber….mix it together and add the dressing (red wine vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper). You can add feta cheese too if you like it and eat cheese. Definitely one of the favorite things we've eaten recently!

Girrrrl for a second there I thought you were gonna make Czech vormacka soup (sp?) that has potatoes, vinegar & dill & it’s creamy like that & so yummy! The Hungarian version looks great & I’ll try that too! I’ve never heard of vegan half & half!! I learn so much from you – thank you! β™₯️😎

Happy birthday, Miranda! It was lovely to see you had made Hungarian food:) It is customary to add paprika to the sauteed stuff, mix it in and then add the liquid. I just thought you might want to try it that way. I love your videos, all the best to you!

OMG! Just made the mushroom soup for lunch and it was so fast and amazing! Unfortunately I had to make two batches as the first batch hadn’t turned out well. There was an odd taste. And then I noticed I used unsweetened vanilla milk! πŸ€¦πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ Second batch was amazing!

Excellent easy vegan dinner video Miranda. My dinner tonight is Spicy butter beans with crispy garlic and toasted Almonds. Sorry for those with a Almond allergy, I don't know what you can substitute it with but those with an Almond allergy will know more about that than I do. Keep safe and well and enjoy the rest of your week and the weekend when it comes. Love πŸ’• πŸ₯°πŸ˜β€Miranda and Joe and all her viewer's and subscribers.
