Looks amazing šŸ¤© I was wondering what pans you use? my cast-iron is so heavy and itā€™s one of those passed on from my grandma and I love it but itā€™s about 10 pounds and Iā€™m wondering if youā€™re using something thatā€™s not so heavy but still cooks like cast-iron.

FYI I met my wife in Caldwell around Cade lake. I lived just on the other side of the lake from her. She recommends you try Giddings City Meat Market. Get their early for the best barbecue. Homemade sausage and yummy brisket.

Youā€™re so kind with the peppers. Every Mexican Iā€™ve grown up with is like jalapeƱo or serrano. But to be honest, Texas jalapeƱos are ubiquitous so sometimes they are bred pretty mild sometimes. I like the bite and flavor of a Serrano most times. I will say thereā€™s really no use for green bell peppers down here tbh, unless ur making #wypipo chicken spaghetti.

Las adoro hermanas Views! On Cilantro, I am not a hater. In fact I would give anything to perceive it as most do! Unfortunately, my stupid brain thinks Iā€™m eating soap. Ā”Pobre de mĆ!

I'm really enjoying the time you sisters are sharing while eating at different places and meeting new friends around your space in Texas. I love that you have adventurous spirits. I also was happy to see this new recipe video on your own kitchen. It's a joy to watch you cook, Stephanie, and a joy to hear the sisterly banter between you and Cloud. Thank you for your effort and time.

This looks delicious Tia! I really enjoyed making and eating your birria InstaPot recipe. I liked it so much, I shared it with my parents. My 72 year old Mexican mother approved.

When you're feeding a bite to us, the camera lens is our eyes, so slide the fork down under the lens and it will look just right. If it's a small camera slide the fork right under the whole camera! It will look to us like you slid it right into our bocas.

A popular misconception is that steak cooks faster than pork. As long as pork is cooked to atleast 145 degrees its fine. We were brought up to believe under cooked pork WILL kill you but that is not true. Under cooked pork can in some cases kill you because of bacteria but that is true with everything and compared to chicken and Turkey is extremely low. Did you know medium rare Pork is OK to eat? I too was brought up believing if you didn't over cook pork you would die. I ate over cooked tough pork almost my entire life until I learned the truth!
Sorry this has nothing negative to do with this great video. My point was that you can also make it with pork and have to worry about dying. Please do not take my word as a whole, goto FDA.gov and look at the data for yourselves and see what truely is bad and what is good and healthy.
P.s Mexican food is the greatest food on Earth.
