So Amazingly good! This is my new favorite Foodi recipe. After the bread 😁 I prefer and used red onion. I thought I had thick cut bacon but it was center cut. It didnt render as much drippings but luckily I saved some from yesterday's breakfast. Instead of peas, I added sundried tomatoes. Wonderful! Plus my homemade from the day before, toasted and then I added garlic spread. I had to stop myself from over eating 😋

I just got a Foodi a couple of weeks ago and even though I’ve been pressure cooking with a non-electric pressure cooker for a few years now, I’m on the prowl for recipes that take advantage of the Foodi features.
