So…this is an electric appliance..hmmm. I like this. My stove top pressure cooker doesn't give me any clues about what's going on in there. It's way too exciting for me. This pot looks like it would take a lot of the mystery out of dinner prep.
I'm getting the kit with this in it. Definitely going to focus on learning to use it and not fear it as i have pressure cookers in the past
