A tip I got from a friend. Go to any store find a cheap large rectangle pan or large metal bowl and buy cheap cabinet handles. Drill hole in top and put the handle on it and you have a super cheap dome. I love my Blackstone.

Butter burgers are the best! Just like you said, freeze and shred into the meat. Also, a small pat on top of the patty once it’s done, then let the cheese melt on top.

Baby girl Grandma Kitty has made cream cheese corn forever it just has 3/4 of a thing of cream cheese and half a stick of butter in it. I am so going to make it with some honey this time. I made that chicken thinking I would use my homemade Caesar dressing but accidentally made my homemade ranch 🤦♀️. I didn’t realize it until I was about to put it in the oven. So aside from it being green…it is the best baked chicken I’ve ever had. I’m going to try with my Caesar dressing once I get some more anchovy paste. I’ve made several of your recipes, they don’t disappoint. Thank you.
