That ground beef and rice casserole looks like something my mom made all the time called “Ranch House Surprise”! And it was delicious and I still make it all the time. Nothing like a good quick and easy pasta recipe, too! Thanks for doing this with me. You always have such good ideas and beautiful videos to watch.
Yummy!! Thanks.. Mom use to make something like the first recipe but but called it Goolash. Just used regular tomatoes.. I like this twist.. Comfort food in the winter is so so good. We stay home for Christmas. Our children and grands all live just a few miles away. All our families on both sides live here so we all rotate houses each year to gather.. we both have large families it's awsome and dirty Santa games gets crazy lol my family comes to my house every year I just have one brother. But my husband has 3 siblings, we have a bonus family every year too. Their sonamd family is in Colorado and don't see them much so our grands are special to them too. Plus all the church parties!! Merry Christmas 🎅 🎄
