I so appreciate how these recipes are affordable & always include veggies, while being EASY & creative. I'm always looking for ways to include vegetables without it getting too expensive, & cooking and cleaning (one pot meals!) that won't be too time consuming. These recipes are so inspirational. So glad I found your channel!

Thank you so much for giving us the whole banana bread recipe.I had tried an older banana bread of yours which I cooked on a different temp and it had way more chocolate chips so it sorta came out like a chocolate banana bread. It was still good but this looks much better as I like a more traditional banana bread.

    All these recipes look delightful!♥️
Since it is just me for Thanksgiving, I’m pretty sure I am making your Shepherd’s Pie and this Corn Chowder with a side of broccoli or Brussels sprouts. Might even make that banana bread as a treat. Will have lots of great future meals with all that!😯🤣
    Thanks so much MiRanda🙏

Loved this video! I think we eat very similarly, so I always get new ideas from you (I've always wanted to try Skyline chili). I've never tried Green Chef, but I may give it a go. I like meal boxes when I'm in a big cooking rut. Have you ever tried making guacamole with either part frozen peas or totally with frozen peas? I do this sometimes to make my guac cheaper / lighter / higher protein 🙂 Best of luck with your move!!! So excited for your new home.

I grew up in Columbus Ohio and we loved that Skyline chili. The chili is special because it has some cinnamon in it to give it a very unique delicious flavor and then it is served on top of spagetti. So glad to see lots of GF options, thank you Miranda!

I worked at Skyline in Kenwood, OH during college! I still love a cheese coney with everything! 😋 There are several here in Florida but none near me. 😢 Oddly enough my chihuahua was sneezing all day yesterday! 🐕🥰

I'll never understand why people will watch a video then feel the need to comment that the ideas are not frugal enough or healthy enough, etc. We are all adults here. Surely we can take the ideas you and others give and tailor them to our needs.

I don't know if you ever mentioned this so sorry if so! I don't like pumpkin at all and I get tired of banana flavored things, so what I do is roast a white sweet potato (they sell them at Winco) and blend it all together in my vitamix. If I had to use my food processor I would remove the skin. I use that as a substitute for pumpkin or banana puree.
