Amazing recipe! Where do you find oxtail in central Florida?
I am a sucker for birria (BEER-ree-uh, but ya gotta roll the “r” when you say it! 😁). I’ve tried a couple recipes and they are fantastic but I’ve not tried them on the grill. Looks like a good summer project at our lake house this year, where I can feed the whole lake! Our first experience with birria tacos was on a food tour in old town Vallarta, and we were instantly hooked!
