So happy to see Po again! It looks like he's getting some middle-aged spread! At least I don't think he's being chased around by anyone like he has been in the past! For better or worse, my average drink every day is Diet Pepsi!

You may have already tried this, but as someone who has never made the psmf bread….

I wonder if you used all the dry ingredients if it would work the same as the power flour? I guess it wouldn’t be as brown maybe, but I’m curious if it would work

Always enjoy your videos, I have made the power flour in the microwave. I pull apart left over egg bread. About 5 minutes on a plate till dried out then into my nutri bullet to grind. Much faster works great. Made brownies substituted almond flour.

I think your experimenting of recipes are great…I was wondering if you’ve thought of migas..the Spanish/ Portuguese version as opposed to the Tex Mex which uses tortillas..they use the older dry bread, cut up..lightly dampened, then fried with garlic chorizo or anything really..they are sort of croutons..I have also ground them down a bit more and made a mock rice pudding..it was delicious, but admittedly more chewy than the normal uk rice pudding. I think the PSMF as migas/ breadcrumb is a really good alternative rice in lots of stir fry recipes..thanks again for your enjoyable video

I am so happy I saw your meat bar video. Did you ever check with a meat thermometer? I did, and it only read 155°. That was my first try. So yesterday, I tried something different, and I now fell in love with making those fast and easy to doers. I bought the JennieO ground turkey 93% 1 lb package. I flattened it to make 12 squares putting all in, 10 min. at 400° which puffed up to about 3/4" when done, and NOT dry. Passed the thermometer test.
THANK you so much for such a terrific video to learn something how to do in my Airfryer. I just bought the Airfryer that has a window to check to see what is going on while cooking which I love, plus, no louvered basket to have to clean. Just a vented tray to set the food on.

i love these videos of yours! one thing that always leaves me curious is how on earth do you manage to eat just psmf bread with chicken without any condiments/cheese? wouldnt that be really dry?

I haven’t been to Chipotle in awhile. Love it so. They are building one fairly close to where we live so I am really happy about that. I think Renae has more adult tastes than my 26 yo son! I think that to be so much of a foodie at her age is amazing. At her age I never would’ve eaten that. I was very picky as a child. I wonder where my son gets it!

Great video. I just love Levi's cute little smile when he says 'I'm drinkin' your drink.' He is such a sweet, good natured young man. Really enjoyed seeing your food choices. Thanks for sharing.
