I do love your recipes Paula, but you lick your fingers entirely to much while cooking and not washing them. That is so unsanitary!!!! COVID/ FLU/ Staff infections still exist. ๐ก๐ก๐ก

My Granny taught me to cook grits. I use the old timey grits and I measure four to one. That's four cups of liquid, as in two cups of water and two cups of whole milk, and one cup of grits. Stir or whisk constantly to make smooth and yummy. I don't care how long it takes because it's so good!
Sugar they only put sugar in grits when theyโre locked up ๐
I watch Andy myself and then All in the family and then Alice,And then Rosanne
I kn about my grits. I love them . I fix them all time have for many of yrs. Couldn't believe when I lived in myrtle beach they eat them with sugar. Lol
Oh Paula Iโm with you 100%. I canโt stand most of network TVs programming anymore. I was just thinking today that I need to find a TMC movie to watch today to make me feel better! Sitcoms of the past, like those found on MEtv, are a breath of fresh air that arenโt focused on pitting everyone against each other. On a lighter note…Iโm going to try your tomato grits recipe except, as a Midwesterner, we use yellow cornmeal and make mush. Iโve never put eggs in mush but think Iโve got to try it!
Paula Deenโฆโฆ!!! I am 36 years old and not one time in my life have I had grits. My aunt used to make them and I thought they smelled like oatmeal, which I donโt care for. These are AMAZING! Something else to add to the table when I get to spend the day with you!! Until then!! Love and well wishes!
She'd considered a wedding with all black servers, southern plantation style.

Oh yeah the old tv shows are the best. And Metv is awesome.
