I love the look of the chickpeas soup and wished to be there to help you eat it. After viewing some of your videos my interest in cooking more at home have increased over the days and my pantry is being cleared of items I have had for some time. I love soups and that one does look great even though I am not Greek. I hope you are keeping busy at home during these weird times and not getting depressed as you avoid going out and staying away from the crowds.
In NORWAY we call this ERTESOUP. A very traditional here. So this is adapted from NORWAY 🙂

This soup looks a lot like the one you did with Nick from Regina (in the CCl days). Just needs a few plates smashed on the floor for "garnish"! Another great simple dish from NIck was hilopites. When we get to tougher times, simple dishes get made. And it's amazing just how good simple dishes are! Really appropriate soup for what's happening. Thx!
