Love all the recopies recommended! I'm definitely not a natural cooker and have no inclination on what to do for dinner but I sure love crock pot recopies! Would love to see more crock pot recopies to carry through the year.

I made the chicken salsa for dinner last night (but used regular salsa instead of salsa verde). It was a huge hit and soooo easy! Thanks! ๐Ÿ™Œโค๏ธ

I haven't used a slow cooker in years and with my current lifestyle they aren't practical for me to use but I can't pass by a new video from you, Mindy. Your videos are simultaneously entertaining and relaxing no matter the topic. Thanks for all your wonderful content!

My preferred crockpot "season" is summer. Saves energy by keeping the stove/oven from heating up the house. Plus, dinner is ready when we come inside after spending all day outside! This video is arriving at the perfect time ๐Ÿ˜Š

It's been rainy n windy here for the last few days. Oh Mindy , I watched that movie I was telling you about called " ordinary angels " turns out it was a true story out of Kentucky about a hours drive from where I live in Indiana. It was a great movie. I hope you get to see it. Let me know what you think! Thanks Linda

Verde salsa is also very inexpensive and incredibly easy to make. 2 garlic cloves(husk on), jalapeno or serrano, and 1lb tomatillos (remove husks and run under cold water). Char all ingredients under broiler, grill, or open flame. Allow them to cool slightly and throw it in a blender with some cilantro, add water to thin as needed. Salt to taste and as a preservative.
Great with slow cooker pork for carnitas, bean enchiladas, or fried cheese tacos. Also good for leftovers as a taco pizza sauce.
