This content and the history or curry was pure amazing! Eating plants spices makes this diet so special, and focusing on that in this video was very inspiring for me. Thank you! I so hope this guy has his own channel.

I loved this video. Like Tami, I don't make curry. My husband says he has an aversion to all Indian curry type smells. He worked at an office with people of Indian heritage who filled the office with their traditional Indian dishes. Specifically I wish I knew what that dominate smell might be so I don't order the blend that would trigger his aversion. I have enjoyed Local Spicery blends i recently purchased and love the Mexican blend, the salacious salt free blend and the vanilla powder. I ordered but haven't used the pepperoni blend and a couple of others. If you could recommend a curry blend that might not be traditional Indian, I'd love to try it.

I have two dozen spices from Local Spicery and love them all! I’ve not used the Bo-Kapp Curry yet so I’m excited to make this. I will likely use the IP and butternut squash because that is what I have on hand. How long to set it for after sautéing? Somehow I missed LS salt blend!😢 Thanks so much!💜
