Ok, so I tried this for the first time. I put my one cup of water in the bottom and before the timer went off, it started beeping ALOT and a message code of E3 was flashing. Found out the E3 code means not enough water added? So then I added 2 cups of water and reset it and boom, same problem. E3 code was back. What am I doing wrong?
Did you use the wire rack instead of the steamer tray?
I have a steamer pan that came with my unit, but it does not go all the way down in my pot.
Where did you get your spring pan for the cheese cake. I have the smaller pressure cooker xl and wanted to try this.
You CAN use Pyrex glass pans and bowls in a pressure cooker. If you bake with it in an oven, you can pressure cook with it. Porcelain bakeware too!
One thing I didn't get from this excellent tutorial, is pressure release. Do you allow the pressure to release naturally or move the valve for quick release?
