    Firstly I’d just like to thank you for all of your hard work. I can’t imagine how much effort must have gone into developing your flour blend. Seems so precise. I am currently in the process of making my first batch of bread, so far looks exactly like your video. My only question is regarding oven temperature. I live in the uk and our ovens are fan assisted and I believe that most US ovens are conventional. Do I have to lower your stated temperature by 20 degrees. Sorry to be a pain, just don’t want to ruin the batch of dough . I can’t tell you how excited I am about trying it. Your bread looks amazing . Once again many thanks
