    Recipe:
    Season a 2 1/2 pound pork shoulder (Boston butt roast) season with:
    2 tbsp of each : Adobo, black pepper, & paprika
    Rub it down on both sides!
    Add to the crock pot. Also add 10 oz. Of mojo criollo, 1 sliced onion, juice of 1 lemon, 1&1/2 tsp of tomato bouillon, & another shake of adobo and black pepper. (Adobo contains salt so you don’t need to add separately)
    Set slow cooker to high and cook 6 hours or so. Remove and keep the juice if you want to use it to serve over white rice. Remove the pork and add to a bowl and it will shred super easily with tongs. Add your favorite barbecue sauce and mix it up. I love sweet baby rays. Toast a brioche bun slathered in butter at 400° in the oven. Then add the barbecue pulled pork, cheese, red onions and then pop back in the oven just until the cheese melts.
