Question bro, in your experience with ribs, are the Cheshire and better than Prairie Fresh? I saw cheshire having a sale on ribs, but if it's not worth the extra money………..??? Thanks

Heath I put my Chuck roast on the smoker and cook like it's a brisket….take it to 160 and then wrap it and take it to 203..give it a go some time….pulls like you won't believe

When are you gonna do a fish? Smoke a Redfish with your Cajun Creole Butter Rub, I did one with a Pontchartrain Sauce topping and it was incredible, nothing was left on the table.
