I'm just wondering why you don't have your own show. I used watch G Garvin every Saturday morning. Then when him and his team came to my job and displayed his food I had to get a picture! When you get your own show trust and believe I'm tuning inπŸ₯°πŸ₯°

AB. Great video. I have no critizms it's a lot of fun watching you cook. But a few tips I'd you don't mind.

Tip #1: Rapid Rise yeast does not need to be bloomed. As long as the date on the package is not expired the yeast will be good. You can add it directly to your flour. As a dry ingredient.

Tip#2 DON'T add salt to your yeast mixture if you are blooming it. The whole idea of blooming yeast is to see if it's active. adding salt to your yeast bloom does what? Oh You in the back row? Yes you are correct. It kills the yeast before it has a chance to activate. You will notice this because your dough ball will not rise as well as it should. Salt is used to control the rise of the dough. Simply add the salt to your dry ingredients and move on.

Tip#3 only bloom Active Dry Yeast. Not rapid rise yeast (see number 1) not the live yeast cakes or instant dry yeast.

Hope this helps your baking out a little more. That looked so good I might make it myself
