I came across your back workout and been doing it for 2 weeks now. Thank you for posting this. It motivated me to stop taking pre workout 😅. It’s actually my goal for this year. It’s so hard to do especially I work out early in the morning. What other food/fruits can you recommend that can help with my energy prior to working out? Thanks in advance!

Loving this ! You have really helped me feel safe with condiments again. I am a hard gainer but the culture in female fitness influence world is always so “clean” that I still lose weight trying to eat like them so I have learned I really need to follow MALE fitness people because it’s way more realistic for me, I am 5’10” and as a tall woman that lives way up in Alaska I burn tons of calories especially on days that I workout outside. I appreciate you and these videos 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 thank you! Just an fyi, I found your channel originally by searching “4 week dumbbell challenge”. Currently following your vegeta program 👌🏽👍🏽

Can you make a video on exertion headaches?
Because I’ve been having them whenever I workout, I’ve gotten to the point where I haven’t worked out for a week and it still happens

I would advise you to add green vegetables, nuts and stables to your diet to prevent constipation….. For breakfast a fruit salad or steamed vegetable salad would be a great source of proteins, vitamins and minerals and it is low in carbs with zero fat…. For lunch you could eat a full course meal that includes white meat or a meat substitute such as soy NOT red meat….. For dinner you can eat fruits, nuts, seeds, oats, cornmeal or vegetables with plenty water….. Avoid caffeine, condensed milk and chocolate based beverages such as milo…. Instead, drink orange juice or home made fruit punch.
