    Poor. When you pour water on a joint u wash off all the seasoning.

    Id recommend seasoning with salt, thyme, rosemary, garlic powder and pepper, and rubbing it properly through. Brown each side for 2 minute using saute mode. Remove the joint (and whilst still on saute) Deglaze the pot with 1 tablespoon butter, add onions and cook for 2 minutes further and stop saute mode. Add 2 cups beef stock and 1 cup redwine to pot. Move joint to trivets, and cook on high for 1 hr, and release pressure valve.. U can use the left over in the pot to make a nice gravy
