HOLD THE PHONE HORIZONTALLY SO YOU GET A FULLER VIEW INSTEAD OF THE TWO BLACK FIELDS ON BOTH SIDES. Next, when using the chopper Power whatever, hit it with the palm of your hand and not with the fingers. Then, use the chopper for onion and garlic, stuff that will cut easily; celery is tough to cut with that.

I wasn't offended at all! This is just real life in the kitchen, no script. I don't have to always have a written recipe because I have been cooking along time but I understand that some just do. But I think this looks delicious and it gave me a good idea how to make my own version of chicken stew. The good the bad and the ugly are all here but I enjoyed it. Gets people talking if nothing else, lol!

I recently got a pressure cooker, so any tips or suggestions are helpful to me. Thank you! Iโ€™ve been unsure about browning meat, but not anymore. I enjoy homemade videos. Iโ€™m not enjoying those robotic narrators in videos. Yours reminds me of being in the kitchen with my Mother.

I've got no idea why you have so many thumbs down for this video. I'd like to say thanks. I found this helpful. A normal person doing a video to help others etc… What do others think they're supposed to be watching, Spielberg vids on youtube? Great video. Thank you.

lol. I had to laugh because you said you're not really a salt person but most of your spices contain a HUGE amount of salt already. Looked like a good recipe, but having a written version of it would be very helpful and be sure to edit out the bad sections of your video (side ways and blank video). I've never heard of sazon spice so I'll have to try it.

Great video, and thanks for all your efforts.

There are many people who really appreciate your sharing your own experiences on youtube, especially while sharing food prep, tips, and recipes.

Go to Amazon.com and buy the VIdalia Chop Wizard Pro to help with all your chopping needs….works great and you have dice and chop options too.!

… thanks for the feedback. my goal wasn't to make a professional video, but to show the product. I don't recall smacking in the background but I may have eaten a raw carrot or two! LOL. I'll be more cognizant of these flaws next time.
