Rick, have you considered shredding chicken in your KitchenAid stand mixer? If not, give it a try (a new video idea?) it's another fun way to use your mixer! Kathy, you look lovely, thanks for the yummy recipe – although I do not own a pressure cooker your recipe should work fine in a slow cooker!
