Quinoa is a seed. It's very expensive in Ohio. Too bad, it looks great. Good recipe. Great demo with pressure cooker instead of Instant Pot.

Hi Jill! You know I love quinoa & I usually just cook it w/o pressure, but you make it look easy, so I will try pressure cooking, as I have a fabulous one. I bought some black quinoa & it was very fine & a lot of it fell through the strainer, but I found it to have a hull on it that was unpleasant when eating it. Have you come across that?
