Psi cooker is useful tool. I remember back when. I bought two pressure cookers The All American from Wisconsin and two prestos from Target. I double clicked had to return one. Target was very nice about it. That was the same week those Boston Bomber jerks were up to no good. I was like 'oh great! now I look like a copy cat dude…" lol never tried the electric. I'm old school.

Oh Rick I had to laugh when you said towards the end and the food was all cooked and out of the pressure cooker and on that big plate and you said "let's go ahead and plate this up" I thought what is Rick saying it is plated up – that plate size would have been the serving I would have had no problem LOL!!! Seriously that would be a really nice winter meal, easy to do and easy to cook – awesome!

This looks like a challenge and Dalyce is willing to try. I love turnips and my brother has turnip greens planted. Dalyce promised him to share this recipe. We just bought turnips to stew down with ham, jalapenos and chicken broth. Will let you know how she does with your dish. Love root veggies. Keep cooking. We're here.

Wow what a beautiful platter!!!! That's company food, there, Rick! It could easily grace a Christmas table. Fall is almost upon us. The Bouquet Garni was right on the money. Great job!

Oooo, London Broil is such a fantastic cut of beef! So hard to get around here unless you go to a butcher and get a special cut. You really nailed that Bouquet Garni, Rick, well done! Beautiful load of root vegetables, I love them. What a beautiful platter of a feast once done. Please send 2 plateloads this way!

Hey my friend I love this dish! I'm not sure if my hands can ever handle a pressure cooker lid. Since the fall I already had ulnar nerve damage well I had damage to all three of the nerves in both hands but when I fell I made it much more severe and painful forever. Let me help you though a little bit with the pronunciation if you don't mind my mother made me take French for 13 years so I might as well use it! It is said pot oh fur with the end r being a gentle r. There is also chicken done exactly the same way with the same name. You did this dish great Justice my friend!! 🙂 I have had it in France and I make it myself and this looks as good as what they serve in France. Seriously.
