I tried this yesterday. It was amazing.
Looks good but fry it in lard to crisp it up, carnitas is fried shredded pork, with that orange juice sweetness and tang. Fried or not fried, this still looks like an awesome taco.
Sorry that isn’t carnitas u need a Manteca and cazo

That is really more of a pulled pork taco. Carnitas you need that fried crunchy crisp texture on the outside of the meat.
She enjoys knowing that the pot heats and works so quickly. 😊
