    never liked it I ate it because I WAS HUNGRY AND THAT IS WHAT WAS FOR SUPPER WHEN I WAS A KID- WHEN I GOT OLDER I TRIED TO EAT IT WHILE PREGNANT- BECAUSE I WAS TOLD IT WAS HIGH IN IRON AND IRON IS GOOD FOR PREGNANT WOMEN TO CONSUME-I ATE IT FOR THE BABY- BUT I STILL DID NOT LIKE IT-HAD IT TOUGH- HAD IT TENDER STILL DID NOT LIKE THE FLAVOR OF IT. BESIDES IRON CONTENT- ORGAN MEATS ARE HIGH IN CHOLESTEROL- GOOD ENOUGH REASON FOR ME TO AVOID IT- GOOD LUCK- ENJOY-HAAHAA

    I watched your video there are a few things I did after watching yours but I think you might want to try to make this dish may make it a little better maybe I brown my onions in the pressure cooker with some bacon fat I also salt and peppered and flour my liver I browned it for just a few minutes in a separate pan I added-browned liver to Pressure Cooker, cooked for about 8 minutes, I started with frozen liver letting it thaw only until I was able to separate it with my fingers. Came out delicious.😊

    Love that you like using your mums plates, saw this video and I’m making it tonight, yum yum. What type of liver do you use? I grew up in England and we always had Ox liver, which is from a cow not an oz! But here in Australia they all seem to use lambs liver or lambs fry they call it. But we’ve found the lambs liver isn’t as strong a flavour as ox. If I’m lucky my local butcher will get an ox liver for me, but I have to buy the whole thing which is huge….

    You couldn't get me to eat it now noo yuk. But I would join u and eat chicken livers. Snd gizzards. And or Turkey yumm .but beef livers nasty .and I'm anemic but like I did chicken liver. And theres other things other than that. Black Strap.molasses is a very good one.

    My wee Mammy God bless & rest her made me this EVERY night for a fortnight one time for my anaemia.Oh lord did she put me right aff liver & onions.God Bless her, as she did it because she loved me. I might try it again sometime .

    Liver is the multi-vitamin for carnivores. It's chocked full of vitamins and minerals and restores light sensitive eyes and all around eye health which is great for old farts like me.
