    Thanks for sharing your method looks safer than many other i have seen but i am still a bit scared.Do you have to use a certain amount oil since its not safe in a pressure cooker and what is the best home pressure cooker to try this.

    Recipe looks good. Cooking method, I would use enough oil to cover the chicken. Noting, cooking at 365° – 375° produces a crisper finished product. Initially brown in oil at that temperature range for 1 minute, then pressure fry for 9 minutes. Turn off heat, relieve steam for a minute or so and then remove lid slowly. Place chicken on drain pan sheet and enjoy! Better than KFC's or Popeye's, etc.
