That’s cool. I had same tonight., only in my 9 in one. Wasn’t sure to do instant pot or air fry. I had the smoked paprika and poultry seasoning so I thought I’d give it a try. First time i ever bought chicken thighs, boneless skinless same as yours. I’ve always bought breasts but can no longer afford those. For the first try I was pretty happy with them so was my dog. Yours looks good too. Looks like we had same cook times. 😉

Looks yummy! Were the veggies still crispy? Or on the soggy side? I luv using my pressure cooker! Have you tried the pasta dish with a pound of bacon and fresh spinach with a Parmesan cream sauce!? So yummy

Looks delicious. I picked up Chinese on the way home today. The lunch special has shrunk significantly! Looks like my favorite Chinese place is off my grid for now on. Too bad.

I’ve taken to steaming the broccoli in the microwave so it is still crunchy when I make Chinese. Actually the recipe I follow recommends doing that. Or even add it raw at the end and sauté it for a few minutes. I hate mushy broccoli. I never saw those Chinese veggies in a can like that before! I already added it to my Wegmans grocery list!

Looks good, but Chinese food is something I don't attempt because there are way too many reasonably priced Chinese restaurants near us including a chow mein noodle factory. The noodles made at this factory are thinner than the ones you have, and most Chinese restaurants here purchase their noodles from this factory located in Fall River, MA which is a short distance from where we live. As crazy as this sounds, what is very popular here are take-out chow mein sandwiches which is chow mein served on a hamburger bun wrapped in wax paper. These were made famous in the Chinese restaurants in Fall River years back when there were many textile factories in this city and chow mein sandwiches were a quick cheap lunch for the factory workers. Chef Emeril Lagasse was from Fall River and I believe when he had his shows on TV he featured chow mein sandwiches on an episode. I guess you could say we are chow mein snobs around here LOL. Glad you both enjoyed your dinner. 😊

Rick. Are you and Kathy still getting my comments? I've been a big fan of you both for a very long time now and some of my favorite tubers told me that some of my comments are being held for review. What????? I've never said anything to offend anyone. Please check your reviews for me. Starting to get frustrated with the Youtube.
