Can't I just add yellow seasoning powder etc to regular rice ? I don't want to buy extra rice. Have allot of it different bag open or two atm. One is jasmin rice from a Spanish brand name.

Also did you use frozen pre cooked chicken or frozen raw chicken ? I can’t tell from the video
Can you use frozen chicken thighs bone in for same cooking time?
This was the easiest yellow rice and chicken I've ever made, and i finally didn't get a Burn message on my Instant Pot lol. I'll experiment with other types of rice and different seasonings, but this helped my confidence immensely. Thanks so much for sharing!

I made this last night for the first time in my XL Pressure Cooker not a big pot on the stove. IT WAS DELICIOUS!!! Although I was skeptical about the 4 cups of water but it turned out great!!
