The oxtails are fantastic and the sauce is amazing. The pc kind of destroys the Orange rind and orange but I strained them off and am refridgerating the sauce to strain the fat. Me and a friend are going to have them tomorrow. I am going to stir fry some colored peppers and put them in with the sauce and serve with some jade rice! But next time I will break out the cast iron and do it in the oven so that I can enjoy the citrus peels! Really great recipe!!

Thanks Lyle to your reply to my question on "the best ox tail…"
Video! I am doing my ox tails in the pressure cooker like short ribs but I am going to follow your recipe for Asian flavor. I will just adjust my liquid and if I want it more reduced I can do that when they are finished! I can already taste them. Tytyty!!!!

That’s nice! Got to try that in my Instant Pot! Thanks for posting this. I just happen to have some of that jerk seasoning. Came across this video looking for Cabernet Braised Beef Spare Ribs recipe. I’ll be doing that in a few minutes. I subscribed a while back. And I’m loving your vids. Thanks bro!

Thanks for sharing another indoor lady gadget, have had one of the cookers for some time but me old lady lost the electric cord, so got rid of me lady and stick to wood burning logs for heat and smoke flavor
