So as I watched you putting these pork chops in the instant pot, I literally was thinking about the Fairs I used to go to in Connecticut where they would have smoked, bbq pork chop sandwiches and how yummy they used to be. Then you said you were putting it on a sandwich, and I just about lost it … because I wanted one too. Oh and by the way, the first time I made pork chops in my instant pot, it was after watching one of your older videos where you made stuffed pork chops … oh so good. Thanks for sharing Rick … I think I'm buying pork chops tomorrow.

Hmm goh damm!! They look epic!! They look so much better than that dinner out the other week. That's the only way to eat bbq pork chops. Please dont get mad with the following
So I noticed you were using extra virgin olive oil. If you like using olive oil that's cool but only use extra virgin olive oil for salad dressings due to the fact that extra virgin has a stronger taste, cheap olive oil is perfect for cooking. The best oil to use is rapeseed it's the healthiest oil to date plus its cheaper

Over at Walmart over the weekend I picked up an instant pot 3 quart for 49.00 bucks . I have yogurt going in that I like making the small batches. The Gourmia 14-in-1 pressure cooker is my favorite and being at 8 quart's I onley use it once in awhile. Keep them good recipes coming thank you 😋

I just got done making pork chops I made them in an air fryer. I'm going to definitely try out your recipe there. I ran the same instant pot today but I steamed some string beans in it. I like to try that Cajun spice your buddy gave you.
