    way to much oil impatience boy, rub it with table spoon on each side. brown 4-5 min. a side DONE you jerk! i got same one… im done in 40 min…….. @ 3:00 you said you wanted to brown it for 20 minutes a side… might as well shove it in the crock and forget about it ,Dam it! use your pressure cooker the right way for f#cks sake!!! nothin but Love bro.

    Use good quality butter with oil when your in browning mode then your chicken will get that bbq color you want, seeing how impatient you are, lol when it comes to dinner time !

    Rick I know your using the pressure cooker right now but you said the safe temp for eating chicken is 185 so I'm wondering when you have made chicken in the hot logic did you see if the temp was 185 cause I don't know if it gets that high in the hot logic and I want to buy one but I also want to know that the chicken I'm going to eat is done. Can you tell me please you use the hot logic alot ty Rick

    <:-) You know what else might be good, use a flavor injector and inject the water from the garlic or puree it in a blender. I often buy fresh garlic diced up that comes in a jar. The nice part, it stores in the fridge forever lol.
    <:-) You could have put some corn starch or flour and thickened the gravy from the pot just a bit.
    <:-) 30 minutes didn't seem long for that big chicken, I'd of thought at least 45 but you temp checked it which was a super good idea!! You'll be eating chicken sandwiches or chicken salad more this week I surmise, LoL.
