Where did you learn all this? Did you read and figure it out or did you learn it earlier at your parents home? I LOVE your videos! You are teaching me so much! Now I am interested in canning my own things. I used to make pickles but that was about it.

May be a silly question but do you ever mix different animal bones in the same broth? Also what type of pressure canner do you have? Thanks, you always have great info!

Haha. I have no more little kids and can’t hold on to my funnels to save my life! My husband uses them ( my guess) in the garage. I just bought stainless steel ones. 🤞🤞🤞Hoping I can keep them…

Thanks to you I have been changing my mind about fats and animals stocks and broths. I've been cooking rice in homemade chicken stock and my toddler won't eat soup so that has been a great alternative. Thank you.

New subscriber from Minnesota. You amaze me! I thought you were working with one hand behind your back, I didn’t see the baby at first. LOL I don’t know where you get your energy especially with your back issues. The baby on your back may be aggravating it. I’m sure you realize that. Just wondering if you have ever checked into cooking on aluminum foil? I heard it was not a stable metal so I always put parchment paper on top of the foil. Maybe I need to rethink that because I see a lot of people cooking right on it. Good luck with your channel. I’m busy watching everything you’ve done. I made your whole wheat bread and it was absolutely delicious. Going to try your bread machine sourdough.
